The tasks will include, but are not limited to: • Design and document IT solutions utilizing SOM standard technology • Provide professional technical expertise to the DTMB Project Managers and client agency managers and supervisors in IT project planning, scheduling and execution • Participate in daily morning scrums • Create, update and maintain systems and IT program documentation, including system specifications and flow diagrams • Develop software code based on design • Design solutions for a specific application need • Code to SOM standards which include Web Accessibility Compliance • Test the database and associated design to ensure compliance with the business rules which govern the database • Maintain and upgrade systems as a result of tool upgrade • Document identified problems and analyze to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis • Produce Local Change Board documents • Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute change management • Work with vendors who provide IT solutions • Represent DTMB as a technical resource at meetings • Perform assigned tasks for internal/external security and standards review and development • Identify potential impact of changes • Research, test and recommend new development tools, languages, upgrades and equipment as directed by senior team members *Skills* *Required* *Years Used* *Last Used* HTML *3 Years* CSS *3 Years* JavaScript *3 Years* jQuery *3 Years* C# *3 Years* Web Services *3 Years* Responsive Design utilizing Bootstrap *2 Years* Web Accessibility Compliance - WCAG, Section 508 *2 Years* ESRI jsAPI *2 Years* ArcGIS Server *2 Years* SQL Server *2 Years* AngularJS *2 Years* Thank You, Warm Regards, Mani Technical Recruiter HCL Global Systems Inc.
