Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on complex technology integration projects. Minimum of five (5) years of experience analyzing business requirements to determine and document solutions and information needs. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing complete business analysis over at least two (2) projects (from project initiation through project rollout). Current certification in Business Analysis from IIBA or other repute professional organization. Desirable Knowledge Experience in court business processes and court data. Experience interacting and communicating professionally with diverse groups of people, user groups, and customer for facilitating business requirements gathering and analysis. Knowledge and experience in use of requirements management and tracking tools such as IBM Rational product suite.
