Position : Jr.Data Modeler Location : El Paso, TX / Conway, AR Duration : 10+ Months *Required Skills and Experience:* • Data Modeler with Healthcare industry experience to support Medicaid client. • The Data Modeler is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed, production-level technical specifications, creating data models. • Model new data models or update existing data models based on user requirements. • Collaborate with project team on providing tactical solutions and designing logical data models. • Create Logical Data Modeling (Erwin tool) • Create Physical DB Modeling -- Standard table & index properties • Capture technical metadata (S2T mappings) through data modeling tools. • Create and manage Data Dictionaries • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Input to Business and Technical Designs • Flexible, adaptive, detail and process oriented • Must have the ability to manage multiple project deliverables, as well as meet time constraints and expectations • Critical thinking skills are necessary, ability to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action • Participate in analysis and design sessions to determine the Data Model requirements • Estimate work efforts for Data Model deliverables • Analyze Source Data to determine what meta-data is to be included in the Logical and Physical Data Model • Design data Model and integrate into production • Create data objects (DDL) • Perform data mapping to determine where identified source data belongs in the Data Base. • Provide Data Modeling support and be a liaison among project team members ETL developers, Business Analysts, PM’s and DBA’s • Enforce standards and best practices around data modeling efforts • Ensure data warehouse and data mart designs efficiently support BI and end user • Collaborate with BI teams to create reporting data structures Regards, Chris Roe - Staffing Manager, Desk No : 415-251-3968 | Email : *ch...@itbtalent.com <ch...@itbtalent.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
