You should have a very keen attention to detail and 2-3 years of experience in designing compelling, intuitive user interfaces. You should be able to interact with non-technical colleagues, contribute experience and insights to brainstorming sessions, reflect technical realities and limitations, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Good communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to establish and convey a point of view are essential.
