Experience writing integration specs. 2. Experience writing data conversion specs 3. Experience working through complex org structures to get answers to questions. *Project Description*: This project is moving Covidien’s ERP systems onto Medtronic’s legacy systems, one of the downstream applications is SFDC. This role will require someone to write extensive functional integration spec’s, working with business stakeholders as well as technical resources, data analysis, and UAT *Requirements:* Extensive experience writing functional integration and functional conversion specifications. Need both SAP and SFDC experience UAT Testing experience Data knowledge is an absolute must, understanding complex data models, data analysis, etc… *KEY ATTRIBUTES:* • Must have excellent communication skills (written, spoken, interpersonal). This is a client-facing position so good people skills and the ability to interact and work with diverse personalities is imperative. • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce.com • Understanding of integration services including Informatica Cloud and Web Methods. • Working knowledge of data warehouses / complex data models and the ability to identify how to best process data (identify filter criteria, etc.) to support integrations. • Comfortable understanding and documenting complex data transformations. • Solid experience as a business analyst with proven ability to work with business partners to understand data requirements and translate them in to detailed integration specs. • Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills. • Must have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
