The client is requesting two consultants with experience in .Net development and Drupal for a high visibility project. The client would like to engage Drupal consultant services for architecture, best practices and development. In addition, the candidates could be responsible for the development and support of other web based applications used throughout the agencies locations using a vast array of technologies. The candidates will work with the various agency staff in all areas of the Drupal development life cycle. The candidates will make recommendations on best practices and methodologies. Candidates will work hand in hand with the content owners in order to design the web sites’ look and feel. This will be to support the existing web site and to develop the next generation site and prepare it for launch. Deliverables to include: Documents detailing: Business Process Flows Requirements Test Plans Test Cases/Scenarios Action Item Logs Risk Matrices Status Report Consultant Qualifications: Candidate must possess strong hands on experience with installing and configuring Drupal 7 and have strong skills implementing Drupal internet and/or intranet web sites. Candidate should have experience coding Cascading Style Sheets and PHP programming. In addition candidate must have hands on knowledge of Drupal theming, and Drupal module development. Candidate must have a solid understanding of Enterprise Drupal web architecture. The candidate is required to possess a working knowledge of Linux, and/or Solaris operating system. Candidate should know how to resolve performance issues associated with a very large scale Drupal web site. Candidate must be skilled in the following: Drupal 7.x, PHP , HTML5 , JavaScript , JQuery, CSS , Module development, Git and Git Hub, MySQL, Drush, .Net, MS SQL, Oracle, Web Services, XML, JSON, Ajax. Experience in using various web/application/directory servers like IBM Web Sphere, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat and IIS is a plus Knowledge of ADA compliance would be helpful Knowledge of the Acquia Enterprise Cloud is very helpful.
