Need a Strong Digital Marketing PM



The position we are looking to source is a Senior Digital Project Manager
for the Clients Digital Transformation Projects



*Successful candidates: *

•             Are eager for knowledge, intellectually curious, inspired by
experimentation and trying out new ideas, processes, engagement techniques
and technology

•             Have a deep understanding of what quality in digital project
delivery looks and feels like

•             Understand that constraints present the opportunity for
innovation and challenges fuel the need for change



*Key objectives:*

•             Be the single point of contact and coordination for the
projects: internally, with Acceleration, GTM and other 3rd parties engaged
across the projects

•             Accountable for the definition and delivery management of
multiple projects and work-streams from initiation to completion within the
scope of the projects



*Responsibilities:*

•             Accountable for project governance, leadership and management
of the Clients digital transformation projects

•             Manage large multi-stream projects: action management,
communication routines, creates action plans to mitigate issues/risks

•             Identify and manage cross workstream / project dependencies

•             Manages resourcing constraints with relevant internal and
external stakeholders and coordinate specific resources required at certain
milestones throughout the project

•             Establish and engage the project team to ensure the
successful delivery of deliverables within the required timeframe.

•             Manage the changes required to:

‒             People – any new roles or impacts on teams

‒             Process – any new processes and procedures

‒             Technology – any system, hardware or other technology changes
required to support the business change

•             Manage the core project areas of scope, time, cost, quality
and benefits to ensure project outputs meet expectations:

‒             Scope - Work closely with project sponsors to ensure that
business requirements are met and the outputs of the project are fit for
purpose.

‒             Time – Maintain an up-to-date and accurate schedule to track
project tasks and key milestones.

‒             Cost - Manage the project cost – tracking costs based on
budget, forecast and actuals.

‒             Quality - Oversee the quality control and quality assurance
aspects of the project including UAT and testing phase of the project.

‒             Benefit – actively track benefits delivered by the projects
and establish processes to ensure regular reporting against forecasted
benefits (Tangible and intangible)

•             Actively identify and manage risks and issues that may
jeopardize the successful delivery of a project and take steps to mitigate
these and manage these through to resolution.

•             Produce accurate and detailed documentation for the project

•             Ensure projects / workstreams are delivered on time and
within budget



*Skills / Experience required:*

•             Tertiary business or technical qualification

•             Recognised Project Management certification and familiarity
of project delivery techniques (portfolio, agile, waterfall, lean, etc.)

•             A good understanding of Clients’s business and environment,
preferably with experience on the auto industry (either an OEM or a 3rd
party)

•             A good understanding of project and workflow management tools
(i.e JIRA)

•             At least 5 years’ experience responsible for project delivery
within a technical or professional services environment (projects are
technical and frequently involve technology vendors and teams)

•             Must have Knowledge of online marketing technologies
(Messaging platforms, CRM, Social Media, Analytics, Data) and their
integration into broader IT infrastructure

•             Passionate about customer engagement and service

•             Excellent, concise written and verbal communication skills

•             Obsession with details and planning

•             Superb self-management and a proactive initiator with
superior planning and organizational

•             Ability to adopt structured processes and approaches and
coach others to use them

•             Good working knowledge of the Internet, Excel, PowerPoint,
Word and project planning software
