*NO H1B OR OPT* *MUST BE LOCAL TO MI FOR F2F INTERVIEW* QUALIFICATIONS Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams. Process improvement experience preferred. Strong oral and written communications skills Used to short release cycles (2-4 weeks) in an Agile environment. Agile/Scrum development process experience. Experience and understanding of Quality Engineering in an Agile/TDD team Strong technical ability Prior Application development experience with object oriented languages is a plus (Java, C#). Displays ability to operate efficiently on daily tasks while keeping long term strategic goals in mind. 5+ years of experience in Test Automation including planning, assessments, script development and maintenance. Hands-on experience with Selenium (or similar) automation frameworks and developing automation scripts (QTP, NUNIT, SOAPUI, JMeter, TestComplete, Junit, TestNG). Experience with Cucumber, BDD, and TDD a plus. Accomplished at facilitating sessions with other team members Understands the capabilities of key technologies (HTML5, Java, .NET, JavaScript, Angular JS Coding, SQL Server) and can quickly assess the testing approach for each. Experience with Restful and SOAP APIs. Experience working with and configuring continuous integration systems (e.g. Jenkins). Experience with Crucible, GIT or SVN a plus. Experience with different types of testing, including cross browser, stress/performance testing, usability testing and others. Experience in mobile application testing for iPad, iPhone and Android devices is a plus.
