This team works in conjunction with the Reporting and Capacity Management Team & Analytical Team. The Java Developer will be working with both development teams and interfacing directly with customers, so they will have excellent communication and written skills. This resource will be working on 2 applications; a fault management application and an AT&T Service application that supports customer needs (i.e. TV services, wireless services).
