*Job Title : C#/.NET Programmer Location : Portland, OR ( Only Local consultants) Duration : 4 months* Advanced C# skills are required and experience with SQL and LINQ are sought.******* This developer will be using Visual Studio 2008 in a SQL Server 2005-support environment. Advanced C# skills are required and experience with SQL and LINQ are sought. The system is being designed, developed, and assessed iteratively to keep the business and developers closely linked in expectations and execution, and to provide a constant and consistent feedback loop on product and project assessment. Experience/Skills: 1. Minimum of five years of professional hands-on software development experience, with a minimum of three years developing in ASP.NET and C# 2. Experienced in writing and optimizing stored procedures in SQL Server. 3. Senior level skills in estimating his or her own work timelines and reporting against those timelines to multiple audiences. 4. Flexible, self-motivated individual who works well both independently and as the member of a dedicated team. Must possess an exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service skills. 5. Experienced in following coding standards and participating in code review cycles. Experience must include activities in the following: 1. Application development using: C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, SQL Server 2005 2. Object-oriented application analysis, design and programming. 3. Application program problem analysis, resolution and testing. 4. Creation and execution of unit and system tests to ensure application meets efficiency, operability, and customer requirement goals. 5. Successful web application delivery experience. 6. Successful interpretation of functional specifications to technical realities. 7.
