Plan ELM module & PeopleTools upgrades from v9.1 to v9.2 and 8.52 to 8.55. Tasks include monitoring and tracking progress, and ensuring that project management is aware of all project activities. 2. Perform business and technical analyst functions, including business process data validation, PeopleSoft product testing from a functional business area perspective, program development, unit testing of PeopleSoft application code from a technical perspective, work group/work session participation, and delivery of technical and business solutions related to ELM module v9.2. 3. Implement ELM databases resulting from business systems planning and data requirements planning. 4. Provide analysis of ELM system baseline and perform a Fit-Gap analysis between the baseline, the user’s operational requirements, and the operating capability of enterprise application product sets. 5. Perform ELM business and technical designer functions, including contributing to both the business and technical architecture components of ELM functions; supporting ELM functional and developmental team members to assess ELM solution for accuracy and consistency 6. Ability to develop test plans, and perform all phases of testing from Unit to UAT for front and back end functionality. 2. Three plus (3+) years of IT experience must including formal training and two plus (2+) years¿ experience in enterprise applications and/or including formal training and one plus (1+) year experience in databases such as Oracle. 3. Develop training materials, requirements gathering, and writing reports 4. Recent experience with large scale implementation and production support for PeopleSoft ELM modules with at least two separate companies. 4.
