All work will be done within the POC Advisor environment, and a high emphasis will be placed on this individual to work in an entrepreneurial, creative and fast-paced manner. This position will also be responsible for enhancing and supporting all developed software up to, and beyond, the declaration of General Availability of POC Advisor. *Responsibilities:* Ability to communicate with clients and ability to assist clients related to the research and deployment of new products. Software design and development in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment Must be comfortable with relatively unstructured development processes Emphasis placed on arriving at creative solutions to challenging development problems Must be highly responsive and able to produce software releases very quickly Assist in the creation and review of specification documents Program features and functionality based upon specification documents Adhere to aggressive time estimates for delivery of software Committed to delivering high quality work to QA Adept at investigating, debugging and resolving software defects Focus on staying current with technology and industry trends, and how those trends may be applicable to new or existing products and processes including research and evaluate emerging hardware, software, architectural patterns, and development practices The individual may be exposed to private and confidential information, including personal health information, and is expected to adhere to company policies and all relevant laws regarding handling of such information. *Qualifications:* Education: BA or BS degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent experience credentials consistent with knowledge in advanced computer science concepts. Preferred: Graduate degree in Computer Science or similar credentials consistent with knowledge in advanced computer science concepts *Experience:* At least 3-5 years software development experience in: Building RESTful web services and server-side components using C#, the .NET framework, and Visual Studio Building modern web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Relational databases (SQL Server) Multitier software architecture Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of teams and individuals including clients Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences Less the 5% travel by air or car annually to other Clinical Software Solutions offices *Preferred Qualifications:* A minimum of at least 5 years of experience developing medical information systems.
