Experience with WebLogic Versions 8.x 9.x & 10.x or Websphere 5.1.x, 6.x - Experience in supporting WebLogic or Websphere Servers in a Cluster solution for High Availability, Load balancing and fail over support. - Expert experience in WLST, Jython and ANT scripting to automate and monitor WebLogic or Websphere routine tasks. - Ability to create build documents, installation and troubleshooting guides as required. - Knowledge of Web Security tools- LDAP Server, SSL Certificates, GPOs, Active Directory - Troubleshooting experience of a middleware applications, use of log files, process monitors - Experience in networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, DHCP. - Excellent communication, relationship building and client partnering skills required (must be able to be understood! by others) - Experience working in high-pressure, enterprise-class environment preferred - Experience with https servers such as Iplanet, Sunone, Apache, IIS.
