*Length: 8 months* *Interview: phone* The client is looking for a resource in their Performance Testing team which is currently a mix of client and other vendor resources. The resource needs to be strong in Performance Engineering and Performance testing in Load Runner. He/she should be able to analyze gaps and propose solutions to client stakeholders, needs strong communication skills for the same. Required Skills: kill Requirements and Typical Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Superb knowledge of LoadRunner. Must be able to work with many different protocols, systems/equipment monitoring, troubleshooting errors and understanding transaction failures. 2.Demonstrated skill in creating LoadRunner scripts at the API level, rather than just record and playback. 3.Creative problem solver who can recommend methods of testing various types of applications. 4.Adept at leading meetings and explaining rationale behind QA standards and application performance. 5.Must be able to work independently across multiple projects at a time while following a formal process. This is a position for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for troubleshooting complex problems. 6.Excellent organizational skills are necessary for tracking status of multiple projects and requests.
