Job Title - Commercial Pharma CRM Lead
We need CRM BA with understanding of SFDC
Detailed JD (Pl share the Detailed Description, 1 liner JD will not work)
1. 3+ years of Veeva Valut PromoMats and MedComms application
experience
2. Experience and understanding of PromoMats and MedComms from a
functional/business operation perspective
3. Work with business users to identify and develop processes and
procedures for Veeva Vault System
4. Ensure that all system security and control procedures are
implemented and maintained
5. Act as Vault Subject Matter Expert in recommending enhancements in
technical function/business utility
6. Experience working closely with Business Partners in solving
issues and communicating resolutions
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate
information clearly and concisely to customers
8. Willingness and ability to work with multi-functional and
multi-cultural teams
9. Strong organization, planning, and time management skills,
including experience in leading and managing projects
