Hello,
Please share your latest resume if you would like to proceed with
submission.

Technical PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant-Payroll
Washington DC
Duration: 9 months contract
Interview Process: 2 step process - Phone and Skype call if candidate is
not local.
Citizenship: US Citizen, Green Card, EAD and H1’s.
They will now hire off of Skype so candidate don’t need to be local to
interview.

We had a senior PeopleSoft Consultant who interviewed last week. It looks
like they are going to be passing on him because he was to Technical and
not enough functional for the role. Rate is still open and they are ready
to interview. They might have 2 positions open for this position now so
please let me know what you have in your network.
· They need someone who can reconcile W2 reports
· Find the adjustment in the W2 reports
· Someone who can answer what the system should be do and help the
ETS Team reconfigure the system if need be
· Just an FYI the person who doing the interview is strictly
payroll she is not going to be evaluating the technical as much as she's
going to be evaluating what they know about how payroll works within
PeopleSoft

Going to keep it very simple. Just looking for someone knows PeopleSoft and
understand the Payroll module within PeopleSoft. This person will be
building reports, gathering requirements, and running payroll for Howard
University. They are using PeopleSoft 9.1 and should experience using this
or PeopleSoft 9.2 or 9.3. We are NOT looking for PeopleSoft Developer.
This person would be a PeopleSoft Analyst/Admin. In the next few weeks
Howard will be looking for someone who has experience with PeopleSoft
Enterprise Grants Management. The rate is open but at the same time again
we are not looking for a developer. Communication is huge for this person
and must be able to

What they will be doing:
• Will be working as a liaison between the IT group and
Payroll team
• Start cleaning up PeopleSoft to be able to run the
reports needed and understand where that data came from
ex. right now if they get a report they can’t explain how they got it so it
wastes time and is essentially useless
• Understand enough about PeopleSoft payroll modules to
speak to IT on what they need to do if it’s a configuration problem
• understands how payroll works
i.e.; Understand that taxes go into Payroll that Social security goes into
this etc.
• Generates reports into inVision or Excel
