Responsibilities : · Use specialist skills and experience as a Developer to design the software in detail, working with the Senior Developer on a product team. · Work with other architects, technical leads to provide the design approach, solution and decision making to resolve the technical glitches. · Design classes, interfaces, data structures and algorithms that are elegant, efficient, modular, reusable, testable and maintainable & follow good software design practices. · Have a thorough understanding of the languages, tools and libraries on the company technology stacks for server-side web service development. · Providing training, orientation to other technical leads, senior developer to understand the significance of suggested design and ensuring the team is adopting and following the design and architecture principles. · Take responsibility for the design review and peer review activities as per the requirement. · Provide the guidance and recommendation to the team for designing/writing enriched performance code. · Mentor the team for doing performance tuning of existing code, db, and app servers. · Candidates should have excellent coding and design skills and should be able to make effective contributions in the product development in an agile development environment · Work with business and client’s technical leads and other architects on implementing solutions to achieve the team & project common goals · Effectively communicate amongst the team members and product owners and develop the software component in accordance with acceptance criteria documented in Selection Navigator ALM(TFS).
