Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science (BS) in a technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science, etc.,) A minimum of 8-10 years of (hands-on) embedded software design experience with uniformly increasing levels of responsibility (i.e., toward serving as a lead architect). Solid knowledge of HP ALM technologies, ALM customization, version control and continuous integration/build (Subversion/SVN, Jenkins, etc.,) Consult with IT and business staff to troubleshoot and resolve all ALM issues. Interface with HP, if required. Work with current FTE ALM Administrator to maintain and add new projects, fields, workflows, etc. End-to-end experience from requirements and software test planning, development, and execution Experience using scripting languages (VB Script, Perl Script, JavaScript, etc.), Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and coding techniques, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Experience with test management and automation tools (preferably HP/Mercury, but IBM/Rational is acceptable) Experience with multiple operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, and UNIX) and databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.,) Analytical skills and understanding of programming, files, and utilities Successful track record of estimation and delivery of projects on time High level of self-motivation, and passion for test automation Strong communication skills (oral/verbal, written, and presentation) Strong problem-solving skills Software: Knowledge of HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Knowledge of Mainframe (JCL, MQ series, etc.,) Knowledge of Serena ChangeMan and Dimensions migration tools Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Knowledge of PMLC/SDLC Knowledge of Requirements Management Lifecycle, desired Knowledge of HP Agile Manager, desired Interpersonal Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills Proactive, works independently as well as a contributing member of a team Must be well organized and detail oriented Must be a team player, use professional judgment, and support organizational and departmental goals Best Regards, Mohammed Taher US IT Recruiter Direct: 703 349 4237 USM Business Systems Chantilly, VA 20151, USA. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
