Role : Business Analyst Position functions to perform systems development and maintenance activities of major complexity for corporate data systems in support of Client operations and management. 1)Work with users, writes, diagrams, creates flowcharts, codes, and documents programs of major complexity. 2)Develop general and detailed system design specifications and quality documentation. 3)Coordinate support for external systems/software. 4)Prepare project plans and schedules tasks. 5)Formulate project objectives and system development requirements. 6)Demonstrated skills in detail work, debugging, and maintaining third-party software. 7)Exercise independent action and take initiative to problem solve and resolve issues/concerns related to departmental activities. 8)Demonstrated communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to work with individuals inside and outside the corporation to identify and design system requirements and utilization. 9)Familiarity with CQI/TQM techniques preferred. 10)Ability to learn quickly and a strong knowledge of programming to be able to learn new programming languages and systems with minimum training. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. At least six (6) years of proven experience with personal computer programming using office automation software, database software or programming languages such as DELPHI 2005, MS Visual Studio .NET, ASP.Net version 2.0, HTML, SQL and relational databases. Five years of professional job experience preferred. At least five (5) years of demonstrated communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to work with individuals inside and outside the corporation to identify and design system requirements and utilization.
