Role : SAP HR Consultant Location : St. Louis, MO Duration : 8 months Rate : $50/HR on C2C Skills: SAP Organization Management, Personnel Administration and Benefits We are currently looking for a SAP HR Consultant for a 8 month contract with our St. Louis contract. Candidate must relocate to St. Louis for the duration of the project. The consultant will be responsible for providing Production support for SAP-Hire to retire processes in the areas of Organization Management, Personnel Administration and Benefits. *Principal Responsibilities:* * Gather, define and document business requirements * Configure SAP application to meet the business requirements * Document SAP designs and functional design specifications * Demonstrate and perform in-depth training on SAP application functionality. * Work with end users to troubleshoot issues. *Requirements:* * * * Must have 8 or more years of IT experience with 5 or more years of SAP configuration experience in the areas of SAP-OM, PA, and Benefits areas. * Strong understanding of the software development life cycle from idea inception through scoping, requirements gathering, analysis, design, construction, testing, QA, user acceptance, deployment, maintenance/support, and change management. * Ability to work independently with business and development teams * Strong Analytical skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
