Developed Microsoft (MS) .NET based applications that integrated with a mainframe-based system for at least two (2) projects. Experience and knowledge of Document Image systems and Document Image system implementation for at least one (1) project. Developed at least one (1) system that conformed to HIPAA security guidelines, in which the customer was considered a HIPAA Covered Entity or a partner of a HIPAA Covered Entity. At least two (2) years expertise developing SOA-based applications.
