Title:- Project Manager Duration:- 18 months Location:- Albany New York Requirements Minimum of 8 years experience in overseeing medium to large scaled projects comprised of sub-projects and distinct deliverables 3 years of which includes HIPAA transaction standards implementation. Desired Requirements (not mandatory) In-depth knowledge of proposed 5010 HIPAA transactions and ICD-10. Experience with Industry Standards Groups responsible for HIPAA transaction standards. Experience with assessment, analysis and systems integration of HIPAA transaction provisions within a Medicaid system. Experience examining the methods and processes of the business flow within a diverse public or private service delivery organization involving a large scale data processing system; including identifying target processes, maximizing efficiencies, managing change and leveraging technology investments to re-engineer the enterprise’s business functions. Experience with assessment, analysis and systems integration of HIPAA transaction provisions within large scale information systems. HIPAA Expertise: Subject matter expert on HIPAA Transaction Sets, external Code Sets, and Implementation Guides (IGs), including applicability to both data format/structure and data content/values.
