In this role, the HRT Administrator will provide accurate and timely data entry, create and revise reports, research and troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity for a specified region or group of regions. Responsibilities also include preparation and administration of annual reporting. In addition, this position is responsible for data management support and training globally. *PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES *** ? Responsible for maintaining PeopleSoft data from an administration and data integrity perspective. ? Provide global support to PeopleSoft data managers in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and South America regions. ? Responsible for maintaining integrity of data in PeopleSoft by conducting audits and following through with data cleanup. ? Develop and maintain procedures to ensure data integrity as well as providing guidance to HR personnel for accurate document preparation. ? Administer Workflow for employees using Employee Self-Service (ESS). ? Accountable for maintaining the regional email account and document management folders. ? Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports by utilizing Crystal Report Writer and Query tools. ? Conduct end user training for PeopleSoft modules, including HR Administration and Training. ? Responsible for preparing, administering and overseeing annual reporting, including Affirmative Action Planning, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Veterans' Employment and Training Service. ?
