*Job Title : **System Analyst* *Duration:* 4 Months + Location:Austin TX, * * *Job Description:* Candidate will be working on the Case Weighting for New Hire (NH) Project to provide business analyst services to develop a requirements document for identified existing business processes, and to be business process. Candidate will define the goals of the project by describing logical operational steps associated with the programs. Additional responsibilities will be to test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, interview or survey workers and/or observe job performance in order to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. Prior experience with Unemployment Insurance (UI) programs and overpayment collection processes will be preferred. For the purposes of this project, privacy is defined as the protection of personally identifiable information of the citizens and businesses with whom Client interacts. The initial work will involve the gathering requirements, design, development, and documentation of the project. * * *Specific tasks include:* ** · Conduct interviews of relevant agency personnel regarding current and to be business processes · Review current documentation for identified business process · Facilitate JAD sessions with project team and relevant agency personnel · Documentation of the Business Rules/Functional Requirements · Provide an electronic written report on key findings describing current and to be business processes · Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards · Maintain all project artifacts (Requirements Matrix, Requirements Documentation, Test Scripts, Test Plan, Issue List) · Work within Agency Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including the usage of Agency project templates · Facilitate weekly status meeting with technical team and agency personnel · Other duties as assigned * * * * * **Candidates MUST have experience in the following:** * · 8+ Years of Experience gathering project related information, facilitating over JAD sessions, developing and documenting business rules and requirements. Experience creating and writing documentation to describe and explain project development. · 6+ Years of Experience creating project specifications using flowcharts and diagrams. Developing business rules as a sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps designed for coding into language processable by computer.
