Looking for *full-time* Project Manager with strong client relationship management and technical aptitude to work on the application\business tiers of an advanced ecommerce system used in major industries. *Position Summary* The Project Manager\Customer Solutions Manager provides business process and technical solution expertise to implement web-based business to business applications. This position will work closely with sales and customers to define and prepare project plans and estimates. Responsibilities also include ensuring the overall success of project implementations and managing client relationships. The Project Manager will work closely with the production staff and software development team. *Job Responsibilities* * Facilitate the business process definition and requirements gathering process. * Manage client projects from inception through the delivery of completed project solution deployment including managing client expectations and all communications. * Closely manage project scope, timelines, costs, and resources and regularly communicate the status of these measures both internally and externally. * Display an aptitude and willingness to get hands-on with all facets of the *Client* software solution.
