Manages the day-to-day activities of one or multiple business-sponsored IT projects to deliver tasks on time, within budget, and within scope. Conducts regular governance meetings to review progress and performance of the project, manage project status (cost, scope, quality), focus attention on project issues, risks, changes that need addressing, and review project task and cross project dependencies. Responsible for determining the tailoring approach for the project and ensuring that all impacted areas agree on approach and the approach is documented in the Integrated Project Plan. Prepares and reviews the following items with the senior team: project financials, resources, scope, assumptions, dependencies, issues/risks, potential change controls and major milestones. Obtains all required signatures and coordinates project level gate review readiness with all area leads. Coordinates Gate Review meeting. Responsible for completing and updating the Project Deliverables List and ensuring all appropriate approvals are obtained for waivers.
