Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. · Minimum of five years of experience in dedicated automation or a related field; or · An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. *KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * · Minimum of 5 years previous experience testing large complex systems. · Previous hands-on writing SQL queries. · Hands-on experience with QuickTestPro. · Able to work nights and weekends during releases. · Able to write test cases and understanding of XML. · A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. · Works on moderately complex and diverse projects. · Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. · Strong knowledge of automated QA systems. · Strong knowledge of performance test systems. · Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle. · Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle. · Experience with use of automated testing tools. · Able to manage the software quality certification function with accuracy and timeliness. · Able to review system and functional requirements and extract data to use in preparing automated test plans and scripts. · Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple and complex projects. · Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. · Able to define moderate to complex level automated test cases and scenarios. *Minimum of 5 years previous experience testing large complex systems.
