Job Requirements: Expert knowledge of JSP and Java, DBC, JDBC, and other J2EE technologies · Strong HTML, JavaScript, CSS, including optimizing and writing cross-browser compatible code. Experience with Struts and Hibernate · Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems · Experience with Photoshop and Fireworks or other graphic tools · Knowledge and exposure to a variety of Internet technologies. · Experience with databases--SQL, Oracle, MySQL · Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus · Careful attention to detail in both front end design and back end code General Requirements: Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and act as a resource and mentor for other technical staff. · Able to quickly absorb and understand complicated technical and complex marketing material and apply this knowledge to effective and timely problem resolution. · Can work effectively in a dynamic and fast changing environment. · Will take strong ownership and responsibility for writing high quality code that follows best practices· BS in EE/CS or equivalent experience· 8+ year’s employment experience with an e- commerce, consumer or B2B website.
