Complete Description: As part of the Project Management Office, the Business Engineering Group is responsible for identifying and recommending business improvement opportunities for the SBS Service Organization which supports 330,000 clients with total revenue of $700mm and $175mm in new business. The analysts understand business problems and opportunities based on a good level of knowledge of applicable products, service environment and processes and can recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This group participates in the implementation of new or revised products, programs, systems and procedures among the SBS Service organization which consists of over 2,500 associates. The analyst may function as part of a defined project team where activities and timelines will be consolidated into a master project plan, or may be tasked with ad-hoc business requests and expected to manage these tasks towards agreed upon deadlines.
