I will provide details on the credit guidelines for this customer if interested in moving forward.* The Ecommerce Operations organization is looking for a multifaceted Process Engineer that would be responsible for creating and/or updating process documentation for key online business functions by leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Process Engineer will perform several responsibilities to support our eCommerce E-mail Operations team including complex project management, process development, operational process monitoring and management, and supplier relationship management. *Responsibilities:* ? Create/update process documentation, including CTQs, SIPOCs, RACIs, Swimlanes, and Control Plans ? Perform risk assessments ? Design and produce metrics used to measure process efficiency and effectiveness ? Analyze, identify and correct issues with systems and/or processes ? Manage projects including management of risks and issues; status reporting; contingency planning; issue resolution ? Monitor operational performance ? Partner with internal clients and provide superior customer experience ? Communicate with customers and stakeholders *Basic Qualifications: * ? Associates Degree ? Business Process Management Certification/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification ? 1-2 Years experience in Process Management ? Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint *Preferred Qualifications: * ? Bachelors or Masters Degree ? Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Certifications ?
