- 5 plus years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong analytical skills are required, credit card experience
preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment against tight
timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office is required and advanced Microsoft
Excel knowledge is desired.
- Candidate should be detail-oriented, technically astute, and possess
strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and program management skills are required,
including a detailed understanding of how to translate customer business
needs into operational requirements.
- A solid understand of credit card marketing programs is desired.
- Familiarity or experience in operations, direct marketing, and data
analysis in a banking or financial institution environment a
strong plus.
