Description
Our client, a worldwide media powerhouse, seeks a Windows Systems Administrator
(MCSE) to assist in moving production applications to new hardware. In this
role, you'll be responsible for integration and architecture in a complex,
production environment that includes single server, clustered servers and
server farms.
Responsibilities:
. Architecture, integration and maintenance of applications
. Support & maintenance of development /production systems including incident
management, patch management, security management
. Problem management and root cause analysis
. Systems analysis and capacity planning
. System automation
. Process daily operation request
Requires Skills:
. Must have 5 years or more experience working in large scale Windows
environments, as well as MCSE and other certifications.
. Solid understanding of the following:
- Microsoft IIS, .Net, SharePoint, Wndows server, Clustering, SQL Server,
Active Directory, WMI.
- VMware technologies
- Citrix
- J2EE based applications
- Third-party application integration
- Scripting
- SAN technologies
- Switching and routing
- Firewalls and Load Balancing
- Operating System Security
