*Need VBA/SQL/UNIX consultants* *Location: Plainsboro, NJ* *Duration: 4 - 6 Months* ** Strong programming skills/experience with VBA, MS-Access, MS-Access Reports, Excel, MS-Office, VB, object-oriented skills. ** * Excellent SQL skills and experience with RDBMS preferably Sybase. * Ability to fine tune queries. * Experience with UNIX and PERL. * Experience with Java a plus. * Experience with Aladdin database tables & tools (Aqua Studio, Aladdin view, xterm, Green Package etc) preferred. * Knowledge of market data tools like Lipper, Bloomberg, Morningstar, Factset etc. * Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity products preferred, not required. * Must have excellent debugging skills and should be able to work with existing systems & take on new projects alike. * Must have experience implementing quality checks to perform data/report validations and deliver quality focused processes. * Highly motivated, self directed team player with strong client service, communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills.
