Required Qualifications To particpate in the MITA SS-A, the selected candidate for Business Analyst should possess: 1. Demonstrated leadership skills strong organization skills 2. Strong teamwork and communication skills and the ability to work successfully with all levels of resources within DHHS to achieve positive outcomes 3. Strong problem solving skills 4. Ability to successfully multi-task 5. The selected candidate should have extensive experience in State/Federal Medicaid Programs and MMIS, as well as recent experience performing MITA SS-A''''s, and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of CMS MITA Framework 2.0 and the associated Business Process Models ands Business Capabilities Matrices. A working knowledge of the MITA 2.01 Business Process Templates and Business Capabilities Matrices is preferred.
