IMMED NEED OF Business Analyst- Nursing Environment
Job Tittle : Business Analyst- Nursing Environment Location : Baltimore, MD Duration : 6 Months Description: The ideal candidate would have: At least six years of direct business analyst and requirements gathering, as well as writing experience. A background in a nurse administrative role or staff recruitment experience in a nursing home or hospital environment would be highly beneficial. Experience with nursing home management, payroll management of staff, nursing home recertification and required data submission to CMS would also be beneficial. Experience developing Business Requirements and Use Cases. Experience with Business Process Modeling and Analysis. Prior work experience/knowledge of the quality improvement organization/activities would be beneficial Strong analytical ability including impact analysis to business and technical environment Experience gathering requirements through individual interview techniques. Experience with coordinating group requirements development sessions (i.e., Joint Application Development Sessions) Preferable for individual to have experience with CMS Form 671 and 672, identifying nursing staffing categories in conjunction with functional and non-functional requirements noted through stakeholder work groups, third party vendor and research analysis.
