At least 4 years experience UNIX administration 3. At least 4 years experience storage management. 4. At least 4 years experience with UNIX shell scripting. 5. At least 2 years experience with TCP/IP, DNS, and print services 6. At least 2 years experience with HP UNIX patch management. 7. Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Duties: 1. Maintain and support OMH UNIX and Linux server environment. 2. Support the OMH enterprise backup environment. 3. Support storage area environment and host specific assignment and configuration. 4. Support UNIX shell scripts for backup and customized utility support. 5. Train staff on best practices for all of the above. 6. Troubleshoot issue and problems in the UNIX, Linux and storage environment. 7. Working on site at Office of Mental Health at 44 Holland Ave, NY (no travel is anticipated); 8.
