focused heavily on candidates with very strong *Java Server Side Web
Application development and Flex development. *

5+ years Java development experience 2 of which must be developing
Server Side Web Applications (5 + years Experience Required)
Adobe Flex (5 + years Experience Required)
Core Java/J2EE (5+ Years)
Spring Framework
Java Server Pages (JSP)
iBATIS/Hibernate
JavaScript and HTML
XML
Web Services
RDBMS (Oracle (preferred), SQL Server, etc)

OO Design Principles
Yahoo! YUI Library tools experience a plus
