position ; *healthcare manual tester - EAD, GREEN CARD/CITIZEN needeed* Location: Indianapolis, IN LENGTH: 6 MONTHS Rate: $35/hr *Manual Tester needed for FEP WAW Project. (this is a telecom project - IVR) Candidates for this position will have extensive manual testing experience. The responsibilities will include: • Reviewing use cases, supplemental artifacts, and wireframes to write test cases and test scripts. The candidate must be capable of documenting requirements in Microsoft Excel and, preferably, in Rational Quality Manager(RQM). • Identifying all appropriate test scenarios and building step-level test scripts. • Communicating with business analysts, system integration testers and user acceptance testers, developers, and Operations staff to review and modify test cases and test scripts. • Executing test cases and test scripts, recording actual results and pass/fail results. • Analyzing and documenting defects in ClearQuest. • Communicating with developers to ensure defects are corrected. • Re-testing defects and modifying or closing defects as necessary. • Compiling and reporting test execution metrics, test case development metrics, and defect metrics.
