Responsibilities
- Update all data access functionality to SQL 2008.
- Convert all date/time handling to UTC.
- Develop WCF communications, authentication, and authorization
infrastructure to replace .NET Remoting.
- Create data migration component for legacy data.
- Improve performance of data file ingestion.
- Assist in UI development.
