*(HR & Payroll, v11.510.2)* Minimum Requirements: * Excellent communication skills, since there will be constant communication with the client and the canddiate needs to explain & summarize the performance of the system and the overall assessment of the system to the client, and make recommendations regarding improvements to the system that need t be made vs. its current functionality. Description: * Hands-on Oracle developer that has excellent assessment and analysis skills. This assignment will mainly be to do an audit and assess the functionality of the newly installed Oracle HR & Payroll procurement system using the business and enterprise application eBusiness suite (version 11.510.2); so they need experience with Oracle HR & Payroll systems (a MUST), and experience with version 11.510.2 is highly preferred. They will then need to report their findings of the assessment to the client and make recommendations (if needed) as to how to improve the functionality of the system throughout the organization. If more development work is required, the candidate will stay on board over the next few months to complete the project.
