*Technical Requirements:* Oracle ERP/ Oracle Applications, NOT database. Should be able to write APIs from scratch. Web Services. SAAS. If not SAAS, should have some sort of Professional Services background. Client is moving from Changepoint to *OpenAir *app. They are trying to integrate Oracle ERP with OpenAir app; webMethods is their middleware.
