Performs production support and troubleshooting, including website/portal monitoring and maintenance. Makes basic to moderately complex changes, fixes or enhancements to applications, escalating complex issues as needed. Work is performed using knowledge of web technologies as well as playbooks, guidelines and templates. Under the direction of senior staff, is learning business requirement analysis, presentation of options to users, database development and more complex web module design. "Individual will be instrumental in setting up new prototyping group for Agent Application team that will serve as centralized source for all prototypes related to the group.
