There daily function will be installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cognos on all BCBSA environments. The candidate will need to be able to analyze the different systems and be able to determine if Cognos can be installed, what may be needed to complete the install, or if it is not possible. Their main systems, databases, and software are J2EE, Cognos, Datastage, SQL, DB2, Mainframe, and Unix Any architecture background is required so the candidate has an understanding of how systems and environments are designed.
