We have completed the mobilization phase where key pain points, existing RICE inventory, application footprint have been identified. The next phase "Assess & Plan" key deliverables/activities will be to evaluate business models/existing major customizations to determine the fit/gap to Oracle applications to build out a high level solution blueprint and to determine reasonable assumptions for RICEF and estimation assumptions to develop an estimate and roadmap for the program. Plan and execute workshops to define the to-be process, application and technology blueprint, business scenario/use-case inventory, drive key design decisions and provide inputs to development of the business case. *SKILLS:* Knowledge and Oracle Order Quoting, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Accounts Receivables, Configure to Order.
