Location: Lincoln, NE Duration: 10 months + Rate: $35/HR Candidates must have at least 5 years software development experience, including broad exposure to the software development lifecycle. Candidate must have at least 5 years of software development experience with the Sybase PowerBuilder Integrated Development Environment (IDE), version 10.0 or higher. Candidates must have at least 5 years GUI and object-oriented development experience. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience with relational databases, including complex SQL accessing a large, complex application database. Candidate must have experience researching and resolving online production support issues of a large complex application. Experience must be current within the last year. A Bachelors degree in IT related field of study is preferred. Experience with web-based design components including HTML, CSS, Java, J2EE, JSP, .NET and the use of the Eclipse development tool is preferred. Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office or similar products is preferred. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Visio and Access preferred. Experience as an application developer working as part of a team for a Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) or on a medical insurance claim processing system is preferred.
