Experience in eCommerce Operations *Roles & Responsibilities* : 1. Teamsite/MediaBin Technical Consultant 2. Create/Review technical specification documents and provide suggestions to development team 3. Receive transition from Development and train a team for working in Teamsite/MediaBin based applications 4. End to end support of Teamsite application including recovery and permanent fixes 5. Direct offshore activities based on task priority and timeline 6. Receive knowledge transfer from offshore 7. Mitigate gaps with supportability features and Supportability NFRs with application support engineers 8. Test supportability features during UAT 9. Publish weekly status report to application support engineers showing progress of planned activities 10. Face to the business support team with application support engineers 11. Attend any status meetings between the application support engineer and development team 12. Participate in monitor planning with development and monitoring teams 13. Review application & infrastructure monitors 14. Identify and create performance reporting 15. Create knowledge articles & Severity Grids 16.
