This consultant will lead the business process re-engineering and documentation efforts along with Six Sigma green belts. The work involves business process assessments, mappings, documentation, and re-engineering designs around employment services systems. This will include documenting "as is" systems, "to be" requirements, performing gap analysis, and providing recommendations for effective and efficient systems and designs. Lean Six Sigma knowledge is desired, as well as experience in employment services and unemployment insurance regulations. Behavior Characteristics: Candidate must be a proven leader who can motivate and guide others and work well in a team environment.
