Location : Charlotte, NC Duration : 12+Months Contract Role : This is not a typical tester role, will focus primarily on translating into test scripts and work with testers to ensure scripts are executed. Will involve metric reporting as well. The IT business analyst (BA) works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for new business processes and changes to existing business processes and systems. The IT BA bridges the gap ¡V translating between business needs and solutions. „X Document Requirements „X Understand the existing applications, test processes, standards, test assets (templates/documents) and test environment „X Ensuring that the business functional knowledge is disseminated to the project team „X Responsible for interacting with the Duke Energy Business teams to collect and ensure the validity of the requirements „X Ensure that the percentage of defects found in production is minimized by helping Test Analyst design test cases from a Business perspective. „X Prepare Requirement Traceability matrix „X Participate in review meetings with the testing team and provide clarification „X Create the business process flow diagrams.
