Development support for converting statistical reports using new data structure including the analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and Testing Engineer support. 2. Support Adhoc information requests. 3. Baseline support, include problem analysis and resolution, production monitoring, project tracking. * * *Qualifications and Skills – COBOL Programmer Analyst:* * * 1. At least 8 years of mainframe-based application development experience. 2. Knowledge and experienced in system analysis and design methodology. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of COBOL II/COBOL 390, DB2, and other helpful tools. 4. Demonstrated knowledge of embedded SQL, as well as, DB2 Utilities and use of complex queries 5. Familiar with structured programming techniques. 6. Demonstrated knowledge of testing environments and processes at the FEPOC. 7. Service Oriented Architecture knowledge and experience is preferred, but not required. 8. Strong communication/writing skills. 9. Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision. 10.
