*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** SAP Basis Administrator Location : Monvtale, NJ Duration ; 6 month contract Position is for a senior and talented SAP Basis Technical Specialists with at least 7 yrs of experience, responsible for complex architecture, installing, configuring, integrating, and maintaining SAP Suite for Products to include ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, PI 7.1, EP 7.0, NWDI, SLD, SAP Solution Manager. TheSAP Products are running on IBM P5 & p6 Series on AIX, with a DB2 (UDB) database. Primary Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall architecture, design and provides technical expertise to install, maintain, and upgrade SAP technologies. Possess the knowledge of SAP systems landscapes consisting of ECC 6.0, BW/BI,XI/PI,Portal and Solution Manager, SAPcorrection and transport system, SAP Central Process Server (Cronacle), GRC , SAP administration standards, policies and procedures Technical skills would range from standard daily support of SAP environments (R/3, ECC, BW, BI, EP, XI/PI and Solution Manger) to troubleshooting system performance problems or potential system installations. Extensive basis/admin experience with SAP Java systems is a must. Experience with SAP Java stack upgrades including SAP BI, XI/PI, CPS and GRC is must. Develop and maintain complex SAP multi-tier/integrated processes and procedures to support the complex SAP Landscape complexSAP projects/tasks such as SLD, CTSPlus, Enhancement Package, Support Stacks, add-on packages, SSO, SSL, JCO, PI/Portal Contents, WebDynpro, Client Copies, EarlyWatch, Language Imports, Kernel Patches. Plan, implement, test, document complex SAP multi-tier processes and procedures for SAP Backup, Recovery, andSAP system copies/refreshes, Capacity Planning for DASD, OS, CPU, and SAP App Server Requirements, Workload Balancing across the complex SAP Landscape. Determine SAP security parameters to ensure SAP landscape security and audit compliance. Required BS in Computer Science, MIS, or comparable degree At least 7 years experience in SAP Basis At least 4 years experience in SAP Basis experience with SAP Java systems is a must. Should have extensive experience with SAP on Java, including performance fine tuning, upgrading Java instance, upgrading BI and XI java stacks. At least 2 years experience in R/3, ECC, Solution Manager, Netweaver At least 2 years experience in designing, architecting, implementing moderate to complex tasks for SAP Bolt-ons At least 1 year experience in SAP Basis experience using AIX, Java and DB/2.
